The development of a (flag ship) HQ, in New Bond Street, comprising 2000m² of retail floor space on four floors connected by a common atrium with rear office accomodation and residential apartments.
The project requires extensive detailed design co-ordination to manage the relationships between interior design requirements, listed building and structural restrictions. The services comprise VRF air conditioning, air source heat pumps to provide domestic hot water and has extensive PV panels and solar collectors and green roofs.
Berluti
Based in Conduit Street London, the Berluti salon is designed to reflect their brand for the highest quality of craftsmanship in the fashion sector.
This 800m2 outlet is arranged on 4 floors of retail zone with back of house, storage and leather treatment facilities in the basement. The design concepts of the space require the services design to be totally concealed within the interior design, using shadow gaps and the mill work to conceal the engineering services.
Celine
Located in the chic & fashionable Mount Street, London the property consists of two storeys of retail accommodation, comprising retail sales floor, back of house, offices and welfare facilities. The standards of finish are of the highest quality and an innovative solution of air conditioning is utilised. With the emphasis on aesthetic design the services brief required the air conditioning to be experienced but not seen.
