Selfridges Oxford Street
An upgrade and refurbishment of this premier London flag ship store to increase the retail zone to accommodate their new concept of “Street Style” shopping thereby increasing footfall to facilitate 25,000 customers. The retail areas were spread over six floor necessitating new escalator halls, lifts and refurbishment of central plant including chillers, boilers and building services control systems.
10 Old Bond Street
The Practice was involved in the redevelopment of this prominent landmark site in Old Bond Street for the international fashion retailer DAKS to create their flagship store and headquarters building. The retail space comprised ground, lower ground and first floor with office accommodation at the rear and second floor to fifth of high quality air-conditioned offices.
Prada
A retail outlet in New Bond Street London, comprising of 8,000sq ft new build retail zone with 20,000sq ft of commercial offices above. The works include a full refurbishment and the provision of fresh air and DX cooling to the retail and commercial areas.
