Trumps Farm
The construction of an anaerobic digestion plant where the primary feedstock is a combination of municipal waste food and locally grown silage for the production of Methane to power generators which feed back into the Electricity Grid. Ralph T. King & Associates were brought in by the funding member of the team to undertake a technical audit on the project and then to monitor its 10 month build both technically and financially.
Romney Weir, Windsor Castle
The Romney Weir hydroelectric scheme is a high profile project and much prestige is attached by its visibility and its intent to supply green electricity to the Royal Household at Windsor Castle. The two Archimedes screw turbines are capable of generating 300kW and Ralph T. King & Associates were employed to project manage the specialist installer and develop a close out programme to ensure the project was fully commissioned and delivered on time.
Precedent Drive
A post tenant dilapidations survey on this two storey 2,000m² office accommodations with separate training facilities and distribution warehouse to reprove the building works included a full re-commissioning and validation report to identify the magnitude of remedial work necessary. Ralph T. King & Associates were requested to review the buildings and prepare a feasibility report and costing to improve the building from its current EPC rating of ‘G’ to as a minimum of ‘D’ and then to aspire to ‘C’ or ‘B’.
