Grosvenor Estates
Ralph T. King & Associates have worked for a number of years with various Estate Management Companies including the Grosvenor Estate, South Kensington Estates, Portman Estates and a number of others assisting in managing and delivering refurbishment and fit out works throughout their portfolios. This has included developed “services requirements” guides for tenants and contractors defining what will be approved in terms of design solutions and working practices that will gain approval, allowing the consent license to be granted. This has been successful and is benefit to both tenant and landlord in achieving a successful outcome.
21 Manresa Road
We have been involved with this project for over 12 years. Initially they developed, with the Client an engineering services strategy that would allow the “ultimate living experience” to be provided to any of the potential occupants. We then designed and managed the shell and core fit out of this 118,000 sq ft highest quality residential accommodation behind a listed façade. Subsequently we went on to design the detail fit out of many of the individual apartments and aspart of their ongoing role they now manage any ongoing license works to ensure that the original design concepts are retained.
South Kensington Estate
For over three years we have been managing the license application works for the property on this prestigious Estate in London.They have undertaken refurbishment of the apartments and designed and upgraded the engineering infrastructure to support the properties. Currently they are designing the integration of a commercial and retail scheme into an existing mansard roof residential scheme.
