Milestone Hotel Kensington Palace Gardens
The total refurbishment and extension of this Grade I listed facade to provide a bespoke 5*, 100 bed hotel in Kensington. The services include full four pipe air conditioning, lighting and data services to all areas. The hotel included a leisure area with pool gymnasium and sauna. Each guest room was individual and required the engineering solutions to be tailored.
Citidines, Northumberland Avenue
The conversion of a 250 bed “apart hotel” to a 4* hotel including the upgrade of all engineering services. The change of designated use required the fire strategy to be reviewed with implications on the way the engineering services were designed to serve the rooms. The building was provided with a combined heat and power plant using waste heat to serve the swimming pool.
